All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT. Prices are in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment processing.
We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
We ship to all EU member states. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over EUR 50. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. SD Model Car SRL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
